New Business Sales Manager

Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) is a fast-growing SaaS company. We seek a high energy, enthusiastic New Business Sales Manager with a track record of success leading a team in the SaaS marketplace. They will have full accountability for the New Business Sales Team creating a high productivity, results driven environment.

The successful New Business Sales Manager will:

  • Own the telephony process and achieve targeted outcomes.

  • Maintain a consistent focus on KPIs; achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.

  • Effectively manage the sales funnel, guiding the team in removing roadblocks and targeting leads.

  • Ensure all calls are managed to the QCS standard of customer service and sales delivery.

  • Ensure enough understanding and training is provided on sales process and CRM system, encourage the team to work smart and fully utilise the technologies available to them.  

  • Create and present sales and performance reports that are professional and realistic, that identify areas of improvement and communicate actions and outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships across departments. Collaborate with department heads to optimise sales opportunities and ensure delivery of a quality customer experience.

  • Take full accountability for the management of the telephony teams. Communicate recruitment needs, identify skills gaps, set objectives, coach and monitor performance and encourage individual’s development using the company PDP process.

  • Plan for and organise your day to ensure personal and team objectives and deadlines are met.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to maintain and develop your expertise. Maintain a personal and functional credibility within the business.

  • With a minimum 2 years experience successfully leading telephony teams.

  • Who are a CRM evangelist. Understands the benefits of and has previously achieved success using Salesforce or similar CRM system.

  • With a personal track record of expertise in sales; funnel management, qualification questioning, objective handling, product demonstration, closing.

  • Who have the skill to interpret data to drive better decision-making.

  • Who are highly metrics driven view and reactive in order to achieve high productivity and high sales results.

  • With the skill to write and present plans and reports to a standard acceptable in the C-suite.

  • With natural leadership qualities and a coaching style, who can create and maintain a winning and enthused atmosphere.

  • Who is a natural communicator. Builds relationships across business functions.
  • With the proven ability to self-direct work in a highly dynamic environment.
