Sales Enablement Manager

Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) is a fast-growing SaaS company. We seek to appoint a Sales Enablement Manager to accelerate sales effectiveness by ensuring that every salesperson has the support, skills, knowledge, tools and processes required to be successful.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working across all departments to remove barriers and enable our sales teams to be completely focused on selling.

QCS is successful already. We have achieved growth of 15% in headcount and 30% in revenues year on year and recognise an effective channel sales programme can super-charge this growth.

  • Proven in their natural ability to communicate at all levels, experienced and confident in presenting to the C-suite.
  • Capable self-starter and a completer/finisher.
  • Able to self-direct work in a highly dynamic environment.
