Inside Sales Executive

Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) is a fast-growing compliance software company maintaining a market leading position in the UK Care sector. We have an immediate need to expand our inside sales team to meet market demand. 

The QCS Sales department is a high volume, fast paced, highly productive telephone sales environment. The team is multi-skilled, capable of delivery across sales functions; inbound, outbound and account management. Each team member manages their desk with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of their sales pipeline and managing leads in line with company processes. Product and sector knowledge is critical to the success of the Sales Department. Individuals are encouraged to take advantage of all learning opportunities and strive to achieve the objectives they agree in their PDP reviews. 

The QCS Inside Sales team: 

Is customer focused - Understanding our customer and showing an interest in what their needs are and how our product can assist them in achieving their compliance requirements, freeing them up to be able to concentrate on the caring aspects of their role. 

Has a reputation for excellence - Is passionate about the QCS brand.  Committed in heart and mind.  Striving towards a reputation inside and outside QCS for excellence.  Collaborating with colleagues to fully understand the QCS product and constantly looking for ways in which to highlight the benefits of our product to the customer. 

Is easy to work with - Be known for making things happen through great service.  Having a supportive and approachable manner where our first response is ‘yes, we can make it happen’ and make it easy for customers and colleagues to understand what we do, how we add value.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: 

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills demonstrating the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and overcome sales obstacles effectively. 
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with a proven record in sales in telephone based B2B environment. 
  • Proven sales ability with a proactive approach and experience in hitting and exceeding KPI’s. 
  • Experienced user of CRM systems, Salesforce experience would be advantageous. 
  • Develop positive business and customer relationships. 
  • Excellent prioritisation, time management and organisational skills. 
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. 
  • Supportive and collaborative working style. 
  • Excellent listening/customer qualification skills to accurately identify customer needs throughout the sales process. 
  • Willingness and ability to engage and learn new information from both internal and external sources.
